Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched within one business however orders may take up to four business days to be dispatched. Dispatch is from Sydney, NSW.
If you require your order urgently or by a specific date, please email hello@keeganluiters.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We offer no cost domestic shipping.
Your order will be dispatched via one of the selected Carriers listed below:

Upon dispatch we will provide you a tracking number provided on the order.
International Shipping
We use the following carriers for international delivery

All international orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. For ease a flat shipping rate of $19.95 has been allocated as it’s expected that most international orders will include 2-4 items.
If you are placing an order of 5 or more items, we reserve the right to charge ‘at cost’ fees of our nominated carrier listed above. Please contact us at hello@keeganluiters.com prior to placing any order which requires shipment of 5 or more items.
The above cost does not include duties and customs which may be incurred at receiving port of country.
Cancellations, refunds, exchange
We do not refund or exchange for ’change of mind’ purposes. It may be possible to cancel your order, if your order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@keganluiters.com.
If we suspect dishonest ordering we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Defective or damaged products
All products purchased directly from teamership.com.au are quality checked before dispatching. If your items is delivered damaged please email us at hello@keeganluiters.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photographic evidence. In most cases we will provide a replacement copy. We reserve the right to request the damaged item to be returned. Any costs associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
